Other notes

  • The issues surrounding Smart Parking are being picked up by Chloe Baker. If you have any further or historic issues with PCNs please email Chloe directly at chloe@liverpoolmarina.com

  • We will be restocking the vending machine to full stock levels pre2022 and would welcome your ideas of what you would like to see stocked! Please email your suggestions to chloe@liverpoolmarina.com

  • Thank you to all those who have completed the customer feedback survey 2022. So far we have received just under a 50% response rate. In order for us to try and capture a well-rounded opinion and ensure we do our best to capture all of your opinions, it would be very much appreciated if those who have not completed their feedback do so before the 29th April. We will be collating the feedback into a full report and reporting back to the team for a roundup meeting and improvement brainstorm session.

  • We would like to display photographs of historic photographs of the marina in one of the foyer cupboards and need your help! If you have any historic images of the marina you would be happy for us to display, please send on to Erin at mail@liverpoolmarina.com.

  • Please remember it is Bank Holiday Monday 1st May. The office will be open as usual.

We will be sharing our team meeting notes on a weekly basis, so please keep an eye out for the updates posted on our blog.
