Are you friendly, organised with experience working within an office environment...?

We're on the look-out for someone with excellent people skills who is approachable, friendly & organised to join our weekend team within the Marina office.

A typical day could include:

  • Answering the phone & delegating calls

  • Responding to emails

  • Booking in services

  • Organising Welcome Packs

  • Meeting & greeting new customers

  • Answering customer queries

  • Registering visitors

  • Raising invoices & taking payments

  • Updating social media

  • Being a welcome face behind the desk!

The hours are Saturday & Sunday 9am - 5pm with some holiday cover shifts available and possible week day assistance when required.
