We will release dates in the calendar up to three months ahead of time. Unfortunately, we are not able to manually book your bay, so please try again nearer to the time.

If you are trying to book within the three month period and cannot see any bays, we are fully booked.

"Can you let me know if there any cancellations?"

Accepted Answer

Sadly our system is not that sophisticated and because the entire process is automated, we would not know if anyone had immediately cancelled.

However, as soon as a customer does cancel, that bay will become free on those dates, so please do keep checking.

"What bay am I in?"

Please check your spam and junk folder for an email from RMS cloud.

The email will remind you of the bay you have booked.

"How do I change the dates of our booking?

The email will contain a link to the client portal where you can amend or cancel your booking at any time.

Please note, we do not offer refunds on cancellations.
