Smart Parking - invalid PCN's issued




We would like to sincerely apologise again for all the confusion which seems to have arisen as a result of transferring the management of our car park from SIP to the new operator, Smart Parking. The transfer from SIP has not been the smoothest (or the fastest) and a lot of you have received unjustified PCN's as a result.


Smart Parking have assured us that they are near to finalising the whitelist and are communicating with berth holders directly regarding registration. If you have concerns that you have not been contacted but feel you should have been, please let me know.


We have again wiped off all illegitimate PCN's which have been issued. If you have an outstanding illegitimate PCN please send a picture via email to Chloe@liverpoolmarina.com. As the car park is used for multiple purposes and customer groups, we are unable to switch off the operation. However, we will continue to void any PCNs which are incorrectly issued. Please send any further PCNs you receive directly to me going forwards.
