New Recruit!

A warm welcome to Aaron, our new Berthing Master.

Aaron will be leading on a project to bring synergy between our lock & marina operation. Lock keepers will be trained to be all round marina operatives where we move to a 24 hour operation, ensuring there is always someone on site 7 days a week 24 hours a day.

Aaron will also be responsible for optimising our berthing placements and introducing operational best practices across the business.
