Marina Maintenance

Traditionally, our maintenance programme has been carried out by all marina operatives on an ongoing call out basis.

Due to covid, we have had to make several adjustments to the way in which we work in order to ensure we utilise our resources as effectively and efficiently as possible.

Going forwards, our team will be split into departments for which they are soley responsible for.

These departments are as follows:

  • Business as Ususal Maintenance - Colin (Monday - Friday)

  • Services (Pump outs & Fuel) - Dan & Jed (Tuesday, Thursday & Friday)

  • Out of Hours Maintenance - Jed (weekends)

  • We also have our 24 hour facilities management agents 'NEST' who are on call during our non-operative hours 5pm - 9am Monday Friday & 24/7 over the weekends.

Please avoid calling the team out for personal jobs outside of their departments to ensure we manage their workflow via the appropriate channels & resources. If you do have a personal request which requires the assistance of any members of our team, please use the contact us page which will navigate you to the correct channel.
