Liverpool Marina Achieves Prestigious ISO Accreditations: A Testament to Excellence in Service and Safety

Liverpool Marina is proud to announce that it has successfully achieved ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and ISO 45001 accreditations, marking a significant milestone in our commitment to quality, environmental management, and occupational health and safety. This achievement comes just 18 months after we embarked on a long-term project to enhance our operational standards and processes.

In an industry where many marinas have achieved one or two of these accreditations, Liverpool Marina stands out as potentially the first and only independent marina to attain all three. This remarkable accomplishment not only reinforces our dedication to providing a safe and compliant environment for our customers but also aligns our operations with those of much larger organizations in the sector.

The ISO 14001 accreditation demonstrates our commitment to environmental management, ensuring that our marina operates in an environmentally responsible manner. ISO 9001 is a reflection of our relentless pursuit of quality and customer satisfaction, while ISO 45001 showcases our dedication to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace for our staff and visitors.

Over the past 18 months, our dedicated team has worked tirelessly to embrace the new policies and processes that accompany these standards.
