The above berths are unserviced (i.e. no electrical
supply) and are situated at the South end
of the Brunswick Dock. These berths are limited in
number, and craft using them may be required to
raft up from time to time.

These berths are situated in the Coburg dock
overlooking the Mariners Wharf apartments.
These berths have no electric or water and access
number, and craft using them may be required to
is near the Coburg slipway.
NOTE:All the above rates are subject to a
minimum charge based on 6.7m LOA> Multihulls
are subject to a 50% surcharge.

| Lock Fees |
There is no charge to contract berth-holders
during the present standard locking periods,
normally between 06.00-22.00. Outside these
times a charge will be levied. |
Hard Standing |
There is no charge to contract berth-holders for
berthing ashore. Unserviced contract holders will
be charged at serviced rate whilst ashore. Our
usual short-term rates apply for non-contract
owners wishing to use the hard standing.
A fee of £29.38 will be charged for shoring up if
required. A maximum of 8 weeks storage ashore.

Standard lifts are charged at £12.93 per metre
(up to 20 tons). Lift/Hold relaunch for extended
period £18.80. Prices for lifts over 20 tons and
double slings on application. |

| This service will be provided throughout the year but is subject to availability of the hoist and driver. Mid-Season scrub off’s are only available to craft having already lifted out at full price during the preceding 12 months. |
| Mast Stepping and Unstepping |
£58.75 per mast either way. Labour will be charged for at £41.13 per hour for work required to rig/de-rig mast after an initial half-hour period. We recommend the removal of wind instruments prior
to stepping/unstepping of mast as we will not be held responsible for any damage during lifting. |
| Slipway |
| A charge of £14.16 is made for use of the slipway. If the lock is also required a charge of £7.34 each way is made. |
| Electricity |
Short term use is charged at £3.50 per day. Permanent supplies are charged at £11.75 per month standing charge and 9.5p per unit used (prices per unit will fluctuate). Metered cables are available and are subject to a deposit of £100.00
refunded on return of the cable. Electricity is invoiced quarterly. |
| Fuel |
Red diesel can be obtained via the office or by VHF during office hours. Please contact office for latest
fuel prices.
Price per litre will fluctuate.
NOTE:For quantities over 500 litres discounts will apply. Please apply at the Marina Office.
Fuel purchased needs to be paid for at the point of sale.

Methods of Payment - All charges for mooring contracts, hard standing, (short or long term) are payable in advance when invoiced. Contracts can be paid by cheque or monthly standing order. All other services are payable on receipt of invoice. Berthing contract effective date is the day payment is
Short term rates apply until a new contract is entered into and also into extended periods if a contract is terminated and not renewed. We accept Switch, Debit and Credit cards, payments can also be made over the phone. |
