number, and craft using them may be required to

These berths are situated in the Coburg dock
overlooking the Mariners Wharf apartments.
These berths have no electric or water and access
number, and craft using them may be required to
is near the Coburg slipway.
NOTE:All the above rates are subject to a
minimum charge based on 6.7m LOA> Multihulls
are subject to a 50% surcharge.

| Lock Fees |

There is no charge to contract berth-holders
during the present standard locking periods,
normally between 06.00-22.00. Outside these
times a charge will be levied.
|
| Electricity |
Short term use is charged at £4.50 per day. Permanent supplies are charged at £11.75 per month standing charge and £00.128p per unit used (prices per unit will fluctuate). Metered cables are available and are subject to a deposit of £100.00 refunded on return of the cable. Electricity is invoiced quarterly.

| Fuel |
|
Red diesel can be obtained via the office or by VHF
during office hours. Please contact office for latest
fuel prices.
Price per litre will fluctuate.Fuel purchased
needs to be paid for at the point of sale.

| Liverpool Marina Boatyard overstay fees 2009. |

All Contract Berth Holders are allowed up to eight weeks on the hard standing in the boatyard at no extra charge. Un-serviced contract holders will be charged at serviced rate during their allowed eight week stay in the boatyard, if for any reason you may require longer than this period, this must be first arranged in writing with our boatyard manager who will consider such requests depending on the operational situation of the boatyard at the time of the request.
If boat owners remain in the boatyard for longer than the allowed eight weeks without first gaining the boatyard managers written consent.
An overstay charge will be applied to their account as follows.
Up to eight weeks in the boatyard at no extra cost except un-serviced contract holders who will be charged serviced rates during their stay in the boatyard. Ninth week in boatyard will be charged at £50.00p + VAT This amount will be charged each week up to twelve weeks.
After Twelve weeks this charge will increase to £80.00p + VAT
For each week thereafter until the boat is removed from the boatyard. Please be aware of these charges before putting your boat into the boatyard.

| Contract cancelation fees |
| Boat owners are advised that if they take out a contract with Liverpool Marina in regards to renting a berth with us and it is their first contract with Liverpool Marina. That if they wish to cancel that contract at any time before the due date of the contract running out, there will be a cancelation fee charged by Liverpool Marina to the boat owner, for the early cancelation of their contract. The present cancelation fee will be £150.00p +V.A.T, and there will be no refund given for any part months rental on the berth still outstanding at the time of cancelation of the contract.If you intend to cancel your contract with Liverpool Marina then you need to do so in writing giving Liverpool Marina,Five working days notice. Please note that this cancelation fee ONLY applies to boat owners taking out their first contract with Liverpool Marina. |

Methods of Payment - All charges for mooring contracts, hard standing, (short or long term) are payable in advance when invoiced. Contracts can be paid by cheque or monthly standing order. All other services are payable on receipt of invoice. Berthing contract effective date is the day payment is Short term rates apply until a new contract is entered into and also into extended periods if a contract is terminated and not renewed. We accept Switch, Debit and Credit cards, payments can also be made over the phone. |
