Trafalgar Day Tribute

PATRIOTIC songs were sung to mark the anniversary of the Battle of Trafalgar.

Rule Britannia and Hearts of Oak were among songs at a lunch held at Liverpool Marina.

More than 120 guests drank rum cocktails and toasted Admiral Nelson who died at the heart of the battle on his flagship HMS Victory.

Former Royal Navy communication specialist Captain Guy Brocklebank was the special guest speaker for the event
